Below is a list of
the various modifications that have enhanced my Esprit's performance and appearance.
The following items are not a 'How To', nor is it recomended for anyone to perform to
their car. Lotus UK and US both warned against most of these changes. I drive
my car an average of 800 miles per month. These modifications were completed in
December 2004. Click on the

Fire Extinguisher System:
1. 10 pound HALON extinguisher system
with 5 nozzles: 1 nozzle for drivers compartment and 4 for engine compartment.
Extinguisher activation handles located in drivers compartment and in trunk.

Insulation:
1. All panels in engine compartment and trunk
insulated for heat and noise. Firewall insulated for heat and noise reduction. Interior
center tunnel insulated under carpeting for heat and noise. Floorboards insulated from
underneath for heat and noise. SS
*** All carbon fiber parts were created by wrapping
factory parts with the carbon fiber after any needed modifications.
